STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PROJECT

For strategic management class of MBA a company presentation with an investment plan on baby formula is prepared. 


BabyLife is a new provider for baby formula products that focuses only exports to developing countries. The  company targets to deliver high quality organic products with lower costs by easy access to raw material, effective operations and outbound logistics and target based marketing.

It is planned to be a middle size company with headquarter in Istanbul, factory in Kocaeli,  and sales office in Lagos, Nigeria.

Presentation includes strategic objectives, forecasting, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model evaluation, business, corporate, functional strategies and brief marketing plan.
